How to book your QoQa offer
Enter your voucher: During the booking process, please make sure to enter your QoQa voucher code (your code starts with BWDZ25xxxx or BWRS25xxxx) in the “Remarks” field. This field will appear after you have entered your name details.
If you do not enter your BW voucher code in the “Remarks” field, your booking will not be considered a reservation within the QoQa offer.
Important Information
Please provide the correct number of guests arriving. Only then can we process your booking correctly. The maximum number of guests per room can be found in the QoQa offer.
At the end of the booking process, a credit card must be provided as a guarantee. Your card will not be charged.
Please note: Reservations cannot be made by phone or email – only through the online booking system.
Step-by-step guide
Click on Roof Suite, if you purchased the QoQa offer for a Roof Suite.
Click on Luxury Double Room, if you purchased the QoQa offer for a Luxury Double Room.
1. Select your preferred date
2. Click on ‘Check availability’
3. Click on ‘Reserve’
4. Enter your name details and your email address
5. Important: In the “Remarks” field, be sure to enter your QoQa voucher code (starting with BWDZ25xxxx or BWRS25xxxx)
6. Click on ‘Continue’
7. Enter your address and credit card details
8. Click on Book now
9. You will then receive the confirmation by email
